Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about pool service in the greater Charlotte area.

How much does pool service cost in Charlotte?
Weekly residential pool service in the Charlotte area is priced by your pool's size, features, and condition. We give you an exact, all-in price after a free on-site assessment — no surprise fees or long-term contracts required.
How often should a pool be serviced?
Most residential pools need weekly service during swim season to stay balanced and safe. Commercial and indoor pools are typically serviced year-round because they run continuously.
Are you really CPO certified?
Yes. Pure Flow Pools operates to the CPO® (Certified Pool Operator) standard — the same certification health departments require for public pools. It means safer water chemistry and better protection for your equipment and surfaces.
Do you build or install new pools?
No. We're a full-service pool servicing company — we service and maintain existing pools. That's on purpose: it means our only job is keeping your current pool clean, balanced, and running.
What's included in weekly pool service?
A standard weekly visit includes skimming, brushing, and vacuuming, emptying baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, checking equipment, and follow-up so you know what was done.
Do you service HOAs, hotels, and commercial pools?
Yes. We handle HOA, hotel, apartment, and commercial pools — including health-code and VGBA compliance — and we build in continuity so a change in your on-site staff doesn't disrupt the pool.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Charlotte, NC metro — including Matthews, Pineville, Ballantyne, Concord, Huntersville, and Lake Norman — plus Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Tega Cay in South Carolina.
How do I get started?
